The ioProx receiver can be programmed for either Wiegand format, which is compatible with most door controllers on the market, or for Kantech eXtended Secure Format (XSF) which, when used with one of Kantech’s door controllers, provides enhanced security with an additional measure of protection against ID access code duplication. The ioProx receiver is capable of reading from a distance of up to 24.38 m (80 ft) with a power dipole antenna or 12.19 m (40 ft) with a standard antenna.
