HPC's Digital KeKab's® intelligent features include 2 levels of access, instant re-programming, usage indicator, and automatic lock-out. These units are battery operated and require no wiring or central processors. These locks run on two 9-volt alkaline batteries. A low battery indicator warns when batteries are low, and special jumper ports allow access of external power in the event of battery failure. HPC’s Keyable KeKabs eliminate the problem of how to control the key to the key cabinet. This line of cabinets allows you to add your own mortise cylinder, and key them into the existing master key systems. The Keyable KeKabs are equipped with a heavy-duty lock assembly, and are designed to use standard 1" mortise cylinders with an Adams Rite cam. Longer cylinders can be accommodated using spacer rings.
